Student Fundraising
Approval Form:
Prior to having a fundraiser, each student organization needs to fill out an
approval form. Student Services wants to coordinate money raising opportunities
to ensure that each organization receives maximum return for its efforts!
Student Fundraising
Deposit Form:
After the fundraiser, each student organization should complete the deposit
form.
Travel:
Travel Policies & Student Release Form:
In order for a student to travel with an organization, (s)he must read and
understand the expectations of Vernon College as specified in the Travel
Policies handout and sign a Student Release Form. College minivans are available
for advisors to reserve for small group travel by calling EXT 2303.
SGA Travel Assistance Form:
The Vernon College SGA allots a specific dollar amount of their travel budget
(varies per year due to annual budget approval) to be shared with student
organizations. Each officially recognized collegiate organization may
apply once per semester to help absorb the cost of event travel. To ensure YOUR
organizations eligibility please refer to the
Vernon College Student Handbook
under Student Life: Student Organization Rules and Regulations.
Explained Student Absence Request:
When students will be out of class for a planned activity, this form will
explain to their instructors why they are absent from class.

Form:
If your student organization has an event it wants to get approved and promoted,
this is your form! Student Activities and SGA are always looking for new and
exciting opportunities to offer the students of Vernon College. Run your group's
idea past the Activities Director today at EXT 2295.
Facility Reservation Form:
To be sure the location in which you wish to conduct your fund raiser or
student activity is available, you should submit a facility reservation form so
there are not conflicting activities in the same location.
