If you complete your financial aid file after the deadline dates, you can not be guaranteed financial aid at registration and you must be prepared to pay your tuition and fees, books and supplies, student housing and board charges with your own money. Complete means you have finished all steps under Electronically Processing Your Application or Mailing Your Application.
