Federal and state financial aid are usually available only to students who are:
- United States citizens
- United States permanent residents
- United States conditional permanent residents.
VC does NOT grant Bachelor's Degrees, Master's Degrees, or Doctorates.
VC grants Associate's Degrees and certificates.
VC offers academic courses which can be transferred to a 4-year college if
a student wants to pursue a Bachelor's Degree.
VC offers vocational courses to prepare students for specific careers.
VC does NOT offer any graduate courses.
