Why am I paying Out-of-District tuition?
How do I contact the Business Office? You may contact the Business Office by phone at (940)552-6291, ext. 2303 or (940) 696-8752, ext. 3215. You may also contact a Business Office representative through our new Live Chat function on the Business Office homepage. Business Office representatives are also available in person on the Vernon campus in the Osborne Administration Building located at 4400 College Drive or at the Century City Center campus at 4105 Maplewood. Please keep in mind that due to privacy laws, limited information will be given to individuals other than the student.
Can I pay with a credit card? Yes, Vernon College accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover at the Business Office or you can use all four of the major credit cards online through My VC. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone for current semester tuition and fees.
When will I get a bill? Paper bills are not mailed by the Vernon College Business Office. To access your statement, you will need to login to My VC, click on the CampusConnect tab and click on ACCOUNT INFO.
What are the payment deadlines? Please consult the Payment Due Dates page for further information about payment deadlines. Payment must be made by the payment deadline or your registration schedule may be canceled.
Does Vernon College have a payment plan? Yes, Vernon College offers an installment plan through Nelnet Business Solutions.
Why am I paying Out-of-District tuition? You must be a resident of Wilbarger county (our local tax base) in order to qualify for the In-District tuition rate.
