E-mailing Articles
Articles may be e-mailed to one or more addresses.
While viewing the article, click the E-mail link located just below the upper menu bar.
At the E-mail Manager screen:
| 1. | Enter one or more e-mail addresses separated by semicolons. |
| 2. | Enter a subject to appear on the subject line in the e-mail. |
| 3. | Add comments to include in the e-mail. |
| 4. | Review the default settings for document type and format.
NOTE:If no changes are selected, you will receive both the HTML full text and the PDF copy (sent as an attachment).
The Standard Field Format indicates that an abstract (summary) and detailed citation will accompany the
article. The detailed citation will include identifying information helpful in locating the article (title, author,
source or publication, subject terms, abstract, etc.) |
The database offers convenient options to print articles in both PDF and HTML formats.
Printing PDF Full Text
Please note, when printing the PDF article, it is necessary to select the "Print" command within Adobe
Acrobat Reader as illustrated below.
Printing HTML Full Text Articles
While viewing the article in the HTML format, researchers may:
- Select the print option from the browser window or
- Select the
link to access the
"Print Manager" window.
From the "Print Manager" window illustrated below, researchers may:
| 1. | Click the designated link to identify the number of pages to be printed. |
| 2. | Note that the default settings will print the entire content of the
article as well as a summary and detailed citation if no changes are applied. |
