I am married to Tommy Kajs. Together we have five children and three GRANDchildren. I was born in Vernon and have lived most of my life in Wilbarger and Foard Counties. I am a member of the Second Baptist Church.

I enjoy people, which is a great asset in my profession. I am a volunteer for the Look Good Feel Better Program, which is a program for cancer survivors who are undergoing treatment.

I enjoy gardening and in the summer, I enjoy homecanning and freeze vegetables from my husband's LARGE garden. I love the outdoors. My yard is full of a variety of flowers and I especially enjoy watering the flowers with my 3 year old Granddaughter Kelsie.

I also like to go camping and fishing with two grandsons, Joshua and Rylie. A new hobby I enjoy is flying kites. The kids in the neighborhood come running when they see our kites in flight.
