In compliance with the Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act (Section 1601 of "Public Law 106-386") and the Jacob Wetterling Crimes Against Children and Sexually Violent Offender Registration Act, all persons required to register as part of the State of Texas' Sex Offender Registration Program are required to provide notice of their presence on campus to the Dean of Student Services. Information on registered sex offenders can be obtained through the Texas Department of Public Safety Crimes Record Service at http://records.txdps.state.tx.us/soSearch/default.cfm . |
