Before you begin, you should print these instructions.

Step 1

1. Click on the start button and choose Programs, Netscape Communicator, Utilities, and click on User Profile Manager

Step 2

Select New and follow the wizard that will prompt you for the following information.

1. Full Name: Your full name
2. Email Address: Your first initial and last name followed by vernoncollege.edu (tstover@vernoncollege.edu)
3. Profile Name: Your first initial and last name (tstover).
4. Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server names: mail.vernoncollege.edu
5. Mail Server User Name: Your first initial and last name (tstover).
6. Mail Server Type: POP 3
7. News: Leave default setting
8. Finish

Try to send a test email message to yourself. This will verify that you are able to send and receive email messages.
