Before you begin, you should print these instructions.

First Open Outlook Express and then follow these instructions.

Select File and choose Identities from the drop down menu, then click Manage Identities.

Click New and follow the wizard that will prompt you for the following information.

1. Name: Your Name
2. Switch to new identity: Choose Yes
3. Display Name: Your name
4. Email Address: Your first initial and last name followed by vernoncollege.edu (tstover@vernoncollege.edu)
5. Mail Server Type: POP 3
6. Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server names: mail.vernoncollege.edu
7. Account Name: Your first initial and last name (tstover).
8. Finish

Try to send a test email message to yourself. This will verify that you are able to send and receive email messages.
