Emergency Aid Grants


Emergency aid grants may be awarded to students who encounter unexpected events or circumstances.

Emergency aid grant eligibility:

-Applicant must be enrolled full-time or part-time in credit courses, minimum 6 credit hours, or a THECB continuing education approved program

-Student must have a financial hardship or emergency need that must be met in order to remain in classes or complete their program

-Student must complete the FAFSA for the current academic year

-Student must fill out the Emergency Aid application, answering all questions and provide documentation of emergency need

-Student must be in good academic standing (2.0 GPA or better)
